Our company oversees the entire production phase of the pallet, from the cutting of the wood and the custom design of each pallet, down to the pallet assembly.
On request, we produce artificially dried pallets and pallet drying services for specific needs such as those for food and paper industries. The interaction with a strong team of drivers gives us the opportunity to ensure planning and delivery that is always on-time.
How our ecological pallets are made
Our pallets are made of 100% natural wood: local wood that is transformed throughout all of its phases by us and delivered to the customer as a finished and durable and ecological product made from local materials. Sustainability is our priority in the production process and our company's certifications guarantee sustainability in all processes.
The high-tech machines that are specially designed for our company allow us to work efficiently and accurately.
The timber is transferred to our sawmill for an initial processing that consists of taking the trunks and getting the measurements for the required boards and the assembly of the pallet.
The sawmill facility allows us to have great flexibility in our work so that we may pay more attention to your various demands. The scraps of wood that are taken from the initial processing are used to create other boards for packaging.
The boards that were taken from the initial processing of the trunk are then placed on the sawing line to be cut to the desired length and then automatically transfered to the multi-bade circular saw to make the boards used to assemble the pallets.
Later, the timber is transferred to our nailing department to assemble the pallets and packaging crates.
In our department, two modern assembly lines for nailing ensure a constant production for any type of pallet, with a production capacity of well over 3500 pallets per day.
